Mindset
We strive to achieve a growth mindset, the belief that intelligence and skills can be developed through effort, learning and experience.
This mindset allows us to see challenges and failures as opportunities for growth rather than threats to our self-esteem. It leads to increased resilience and determination, greater enjoyment of learning and self-improvement, higher levels of motivation and effort to pursue goals, and improved performance and achievement in various areas of life.
On the other hand, fixed mindset is the belief that intelligence and abilities are fixed and cannot change, leading to fear of failure, avoidance of challenges and lack of effort and motivation.
By focusing on learning and improvement, we can develop a growth mindset and overcome obstacles to achieve success in every area of life.
