We focused on preservation of the sea and the beach cleaning.
Soft skills
We promoted collaboration and teamwork among young people, as they work together to create their own educational programs.
How we did it?
Skill-Building Workshops
Participants engaged in interactive workshops focused on production skills, covering essential techniques. These sessions were hands-on, allowing participants to directly practice and refine each new skill. All these, using the beach as our classroom.
Cultural Exchange on the beach
Participants engaged in cultural nights to share traditions, went on group outings to explore the local area, and participated in team-building games designed to build trust and strengthen group dynamics. These experiences helped deepen appreciation for each other’s backgrounds, fostered a supportive environment, and built strong connections within the group.
Reflection and Evaluation
Each day ended with reflective sessions, where participants discussed their learning experiences, shared challenges, and celebrated successes.
