Eco Youth

This project was designed to equip youth workers with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to educate and engage young people on climate change using non-formal education methods. By focusing on youth workers, the initiative creates a multiplier effect, empowering them to become agents of change and enabling them to reach and inspire a larger number of young people within their communities. Project Goals & Impact Develop essential skills and capacities in young people to address climate challenges effectively. Increase youth-led initiatives, encouraging young people to take ownership of sustainability projects. Enhance community engagement, fostering collaboration between youth, organizations, and local stakeholders. Inform policies by equipping young leaders with the knowledge to advocate for sustainable practices. Contribute to sustainable development, aligning with global efforts to combat climate change. Empower youth workers, enabling them to confidently educate and mentor ryoung people on climate action. Project Activities & Implementation To achieve these objectives, the project will utilize a combination of research, digital tools, and hands-on engagement, including: Desk and Field Research – Gathering data and insights on effective climate education strategies. Visibility Videos & Website Creation – Developing accessible resources to enhance awareness and outreach. Monitoring & Evaluation – Ensuring the effectiveness of activities and continuously improving the project’s impact. Dissemination – Sharing findings, resources, and best ices to reach a ence and promote long-term sustainability
